First Fruits: Putting First Things First

In this book, the author expresses what makes first fruit so powerful.

First fruit is God's idea: it is not man's idea, nor man's fabrication, which is also the very reason why a lot of people struggle to grasp it. And it is why Satan fights so hard to keep a log of believers, God's children, from understanding this principle.

He knows that a complete understanding and application of this principle will set God's children free from his traps. This principle is so powerful that God Himself practiced it when He gave His only begotten son to die for our sins. It is so powerful that our Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, ,did not exempt Himself from practicing it. In the passage we just read, Jesus Christ was presented as the first fruit of those who have fallen asleep.
