Wherever I cause my name to be honored, I will come to you and bless you.” Exodus 20:24 (NIV) Welcome to “Rediscovering the Power of the Altar.” In 2003, our ministry embarked on a transformative journey in the enchanting city of Biel, Switzerland. It was a time when the veil between the spiritual and physical realms seemed particularly thin, revealing a landscape dotted with altars that bore witness to the struggles and challenges faced by the people of the city. As we immersed ourselves in prayer and reflection, it became increasingly clear that these altars held a powerful sway over the lives of the community, often serving as conduits for negative energies and influences. The Lord’s call to action was unmistakable: we were to stand against this tide of darkness by organizing a 31-day chain prayer in October 2006.
